Finney Family Photos

“We will take some FFF-photos…. Fabulous Finney Family photos during our summer vacation in Arkansas”. That is what I told my husband and daughters at the beginning of summer. Naturally, I made good on that threat. I even had everyone pack coordinating outfits. Little did I know how exhausting it would be. Running back and forth between a tripod and the spot you posed everyone in 90+ degree heat is not for the faint of heart. Especially since I had to make sure everybody looked their best and felt at least somewhat comfortable. And that the camera did what it was supposed to. And that everyone knew what to do when. In addition to all of this, my husband tends to make the weirdest faces when the camera is on, and it’s a surprise we got some decent pictures. Note to self: have someone else take our pictures next time!
